Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint, other than being one of my favorite types of tea, is a great agent to help with stomach pains, swelling, and inflammation of your joints.

I love using this oil to help lift my mood or give me a good boost of energy!

It’s also wonderful for clearing the sinuses and fighting allergies, as well as soothing rashes or poison ivy.

You can mix some of this with rosehip oil, and it makes an amazing potion for your scalp too!
